This gorgeous romantic coffee pot was made in England by the Royal Stafford fine bone china company. Its small and light weight enough for serving tea if you prefer and ideal for those who are Left or Right handed as the pattern is identical on both sides (which is not always the case with English bone china patterns). I do not know the exact date of manufacture but by the style and others have told me I would guess 1940s-1960's. This is the only pot I have seen in this more attractive curvy rounded shape in the "red velvet" pattern with gold filigree; a rare find indeed AND not all of them are as nice and lovely as this one. It features Cranberry or deep Burgundy "Red Velvet" Roses with green leaves and fancy Gold filigree pattern.

The other items shown in the last photo are Not included in the final price, but shown for size comparison and advertisement only. These will be listed for sale among other matching pieces in this pattern not shown. Measurements: Coffee pot Height: Approximately 7.5 inches tall, Length: Approximately 7.25 inches from tip of spout to the outside edge of handle from side to side. Weight: When empty the pot weighs 18 ounces (just under 1.25 pounds). Holds: Approximately 26 fluid ounces easily for coffee, tea or hot water and is considered about a 3-4 cup pot.

Excellent Very Rare Collectible "like new" Vintage Condition. There are no cracks, no chips, no coffee or tea stains, no repairs, no odd smell and no crazing in the glaze.

The pretty gold trim still shines bright and is in excellent condition with little to no visible wear. (please excuse the light reflections in some photos). The floral pattern colors are also still vivid as is the gold filigree. There does appear to be faint very small red spots that made it into the firing process - see photo #11 near the top just before the gold filigree.

However they typically go unnoticed when this small unless you are looking for them with a keen eye. Blemishes of this nature were somewhat common among older vintage pieces but does not detract from the overall beauty from this rare piece. This is a very rare item, so don't miss out!

I believe this is the only pot on the internet in this pattern for sale and you probably won't find another in such excellent condition if you wait. Please view all 12 photos as they are part of the description.
