1940's French Louis XVI 2 Side Chairs in Gold With Scenery and Rose Velvet

A beautiful pair of two side chairs with armrests. Handmade around 1940 of solid and sturdy beech wood in French Louis XVI Style. Beautifully decorated frame with typical French decorations. The frame is re- finished with a gold leaf finish.

The seat of the two chairs is re-upholstered in fuchsia/ Rose velvet in tufted style. The armrests are upholstered in the same fabric. The back rests are upholstered in a beautiful scenery fabric. A blend of cotton and silk with a loving couple on it.
